The premiere date for The Boys season 3 has been announced with a first-look promo focusing in on an about-to-lose-it Homelander (played New Zealand actor Antony Starr).

Mark the date: the third season of the gleefully irreverent anti-superhero series will be kicking off on Amazon Prime Video with a three-episode drop on Friday, June 3rd. New episodes will subsequently drop each Friday that follows, until the episode 8 season finale on July 8th.

Season 3 will bring back Karl Urban (Billy Butcher), Jack Quaid (Hughie Campbell), Erin Moriarty (Annie January/Starlight), Dominique McElligott (Maggie Shaw/Queen Maeve), Jessie T. Usher (Reggie Franklin/A-Train), Laz Alonso (Mother’s Milk), Chace Crawford (Kevin Moskowitz/The Deep), Tomer Capon (Frenchie), and Karen Fukuhara (Kimiko Miyashiro), among others.

Among the new faces: Jensen Ackles (Supernatural), playing “original superhero” Soldier Boy; Sean Patrick Flanery (The Boondock Saints) as Gunpowder; Laurie Holden (The Walking Dead) as the Crimson Countess; Nick Wechsler (Revenge) as Blue Hawk; Orphan Black‘s Kristin Booth and Marcella‘s Jack Doolan as TNT Twins Tessa and Tommy; Frances Turner (The Man in the High Castle) as Monique, wife of Mother’s Milk; and Katia Winter (Dexter) as Russian mob boss Little Nina.
