Apple has released the trailer for The Gorge, an upcoming horror-thriller starring Miles Teller and Anya Taylor-Joy. Take a look above.

Teller and Taylor-Joy play Levi and Drasa, two elite operatives stationed in towers on opposite sides of a mysterious gorge. Forbidden from communicating with the outside world—or with each other—the two unexpectedly form a connection through notes and binoculars. Their isolation is soon shattered when a breach forces them to face the mysterious and potentially catastrophic threat the gorge harbours.”The gorge is the door to Hell, and we’re standing guard at the gate,” Levi is told.

The cast includes Sigourney Weaver as a government official overseeing the operation and Sope Dirisu (Gangs of London) as a soldier who introduces Levi to his new position.

The film is directed by Scott Derrickson, known for Doctor Strange, The Black Phone, and Sinister. And the screenplay comes from Fast X and The Tomorrow War scribe Zach Dean. The Skydance Media and Crooked Highway production is produced by Derrickson, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, and C. Robert Cargill, with Teller also attached as an executive producer.
