Prime Video has dropped the official trailer for upcoming teen drama series Motorheads. The series follows a group of high school outsiders who bond over fast cars, family issues, and the kind of small-town tension that never really stays buried. It’s certainly familiar stuff, but it could prove just right for a comfy binge. Take a look at the trailer above and learn more below.
The show is set in a fading Pennsylvania town, once held together by factory jobs and now by whatever’s left — grief, rivalry, and street racing. When siblings Zac (Michael Cimino, Love, Victor) and Caitlyn (Melissa Collazo, Freaky) arrive after the disappearance of their dad, the locals know their last name. Some with respect, others with clenched fists. Zac’s not looking for a legacy, but the underground racing scene has other ideas. “You’re nobody here,” one racer tells him. “Not yet,” Zac replies.
We’ve got the uncle – once a NASCAR mechanic – trying to keep everyone in one piece (Ryan Phillippe), the cocky street champ (Josh Macqueen), the girl with secrets (Mia Healey), and a town that doesn’t forget. There’s grief, tension, crushes, and late-night showdowns — all played out in garages, classrooms, and on back roads.
