Prime Video has unleashed a red band trailer for its upcoming supernatural action series The Bondsman, giving audiences a taste of the gory and profanity-laced thrills in store. Starring Kevin Bacon, the half-hour series looks to blend horror, action, and dark comedy as a resurrected bounty hunter takes on the Devil’s dirty work. Take a look above at his mission from below.
A Second Chance in the Afterlife
Bacon leads the show as Hub Halloran, a once-mortal bounty hunter who meets a violent end but gets an unexpected second shot—albeit with some major caveats. The Devil himself brings Hub back from the dead, tasking him with recapturing demons that have escaped from Hell’s prison. While battling these otherworldly fugitives, Hub also faces another challenge: his estranged family, who are as much an obstacle as they are allies in his mission.
The trailer showcases the show’s irreverent tone, as Bacon’s character dishes out sharp one-liners in between high-octane demon hunts. There’s no shortage of bloodshed either—flashes of chainsaws, gunfights, and supernatural carnage make it clear that The Bondsman is embracing its horror elements without holding back.
