‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’ Season 3 Trailer: Belly Faces Her Biggest Choice Yet in Final Chapter

The official trailer has arrived for the third and final season of The Summer I Turned Pretty, giving fans a look at the conclusion to Prime Video’s hit coming-of-age series. Take a look above.

Now, with the story reaching its final chapter, Isabel “Belly” Conklin (played by Lola Tung) —at the end of her junior year of college—returns to Cousins Beach, seemingly settled with Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno). But when Conrad (Christopher Briney) re-enters her life, Belly faces the ultimate crossroads, as old feelings resurface and long-standing relationships are tested. Which brother has her heart? Plenty of the emotional conflict, romance, and family drama teased at in the trailer, which features Taylor Swift tracks “Daylight” from her album Lover and “Red (Taylor’s Version)” from her album of the same name.

Based on Jenny Han’s best-selling trilogy, The Summer I Turned Pretty has grown into one of Prime Video’s biggest successes since debuting in 2022. According to the streamer, the second season more than doubled the viewership of season one within its first three days.

Jenny Han, who was also behind Netflix’s To All the Boys trilogy and XO, Kitty, returns as showrunner alongside Sarah Kucserka, with both also serving as executive producers. The series is a co-production between Amazon Studios and wiip, with Karen Rosenfelt, Paul Lee, Hope Hartman, and Mads Hansen also executive producing.

The third and final season of The Summer I Turned Pretty, made up of 11 episodes, premieres on Prime Video on July 16.
