If you’re a fan of bonkers-looking shark flicks, this may be one to add to your watch list.

Netflix has unveiled the trailer for Under Paris, a thriller that finds a killer shark in, of all places, the waters of France’s River Seine. We follow brilliant scientist Sophia (played by Oscar nominee Bérénice Bejo, The Artist, The Past) and young environmental activist Mika (Léa Léviant, Mortel), who find they have no choice but to join forces with Seine river police commander Adil (Nassim Lyes, Mayhem!) to avoid a bloodbath at the heart of the city. Oh, and did we mention that this shark has arrived for one hell of an event? Paris, you see,  is hosting the World Triathlon Championships on the Seine for the first time…

This one comes from French filmmaker Xavier Gens, whose credits include 2007 New French Extremity horror film Frontier(s), 2007’s Hitman, and three episodes of British action-crime series Gangs of London.

Under Paris will be streaming on Netflix from June 5th.
