Kevin Smith Confirms Work on a Sequel to Cult Classic Dogma

Kevin Smith has officially announced plans for a sequel to his 1999 cult classic Dogma. Speaking at Vulture Festival, the filmmaker revealed the sequel will serve as a companion piece to the irreverent religious satire, rather than a direct continuation. Smith also confirmed that Matt Damon and Ben Affleck are set to return, reprising their roles as fallen angels Loki and Bartleby. After years of rights issues involving Harvey Weinstein, Smith has regained control of the film and plans a re-release alongside a SteelBook edition and potential streaming debut. Luca Guadagnino and Daniel Craig Reunite for DC’s Sgt. Rock

Oscar-nominated filmmaker Luca Guadagnino is teaming up with Daniel Craig for Sgt. Rock, a DC Studios project led by James Gunn and Peter Safran.
